Zanzibar Port Authority (ZPC) has actively participated in the World Maritime Day 2026, being one of the key stakeholders in developing and strengthening the maritime transport sector in the country.

This year's celebration is led by the language that says: "Policy to Implementation: Strengthening Excellence in the Water Transport Sector. ”

ZPC’s participation reflects the determination of the Organization to continue contributing to the development of the port and water transport sector through improving services, infrastructure, safety and efficiency of Zanzibar port operations.
